CHRIST MEMORIAL CHURCH DIRECTORY

Plans for a church directory are in the works, and we want to be sure to include everyone that considers themselves part of the Christ Memorial 'ohana. Whether you are on island seasonally or year-round, please submit your information to be included in the directory.

Beginning on Easter Sunday, there will be an information form in the bulletin that will be used to update the church database and also create the directory. We are asking everyone to fill it out as completely as possible so that we have accurate and current information on everyone. For the directory, you can choose which info you would prefer to keep private and not displayed.

For those that are away, you can download the form HERE, or fill out the online form at right and save a a tree (and stamp)!

PHOTOS NEEDED!
Christie O'Connell or Sybil Nishioka will be available to take your picture on sundays after worship, or feel free to submit your own photo for the directory. (Please be sure it is sharp, clear and labeled). Email photos to: [email protected].

DEADLINE
Please be sure to submit your info and photos by April 30, 2018. Previews of the directory will be made available for viewing in case there are changes or corrections before printing.

Be sure to fill out the questions under the PRIVACY section at the bottom. If you need to include more than 5 people, submit this form and fill out a second form.
