PASTORAL CARE

When you are going through a time of pain or crisis, you don’t have to walk it alone. Our Vicar and volunteers are here to support you with pastoral care.  Our sanctuary is open for prayer, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. We also have several recovery groups that meet weekly at Christ Memorial, and offer additional opportunities for prayer and study.

PRAYER MINISTRY
Every Sunday a list of prayer requests is provided in the Sunday Bulletin to include in daily prayer.  If you wish to have yourself or someone you love added to the prayer list, please contact the church office.
VISITATION MINISTRY
If you or a loved one is unable to attend worship due to illness or age and would like a visit at home or the hospital, please contact the church office.  Our clergy takes communion to the homebound every week upon request.

RECOVERY SUPPORT
We are a healthy living community! While we desire to live longer, more important, we desire to be healthy in body, mind and spirit.  The following Recovery Groups meet on our Campus:
Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) - Please go online: www.kauaiaa.org and look for the northshore groups.
  • Monday 6:15 - 7:15 pm & 7:30 - 8:30 pm
  • Tuesday 10:00 am & 7:30 - 8:30 pm
  • Wednesday 7:30 - 8:30 pm
If you have a recovery group that is interested in meeting at Christ Memorial, please contact the church
office for more information. 808 482-4824
FUNERALS
While we believe life never ends in Christ, for those left behind, the death of a loved one can be a time of great sorrow. We want to help with this painful transition by assisting in a funeral service that celebrates earthly life and new life with Christ. Grief support is offered to families by our clergy.
